Dear Robi,
I am somewhat late in replying your mail because I was busy with some important business. I am sure you would like to hear about our annual school picnic. Well, nothing troublesome happened. Everything was neatly arranged. The picnic spot was the Shat Gombuj Mosque in Bagerhat. Before we started our journey from Khulna town by bus, we had done the preparatory works the previous day. We took with us all necessary things. The bus took us to the place without difficulties. We reached there before the expected time.
Having reached there, we visited the Shat Gambuj Mosque and its surrounding areas. As we took cooked food with us, we did not have to cook. Actually, I enjoyed the place very much. I was surprised to see the big and beautiful structure of the mosque. It is nicely decorated. The surrounding scenery is also very charming.
However, after having fun and amusement for more than five hours, we returned to our home in the evening. The picnic has marked a deep impression on my mind and relieved me from the monotonous of routine life.
I wish you had been there. We missed you more than you missed us.

সেখানে পৌঁছে আমরা শট গামবুজ মসজিদ এবং এর আশেপাশের অঞ্চলগুলি ঘুরে দেখি। আমরা যেমন রান্না করা খাবার আমাদের সাথে নিলাম, আমাদের রান্না করতে হবে না। আসলে, আমি জায়গাটি খুব উপভোগ করেছি। মসজিদের বড় ও সুন্দর কাঠামো দেখে আমি অবাক হয়ে গেলাম। এটি সুন্দরভাবে সজ্জিত। আশেপাশের দৃশ্যাবলীও খুব মনোহর।
তবে, পাঁচ ঘণ্টারও বেশি সময় মজা এবং বিনোদন করার পরে, আমরা সন্ধ্যায় আমাদের বাড়িতে ফিরে আসলাম। পিকনিক আমার মনে গভীর ছাপ চিহ্নিত করেছে এবং আমাকে রুটিন জীবনের একঘেয়ে থেকে মুক্তি দিয়েছে।
