We, the students of class X of your school would like to draw your attention that we wish to play a friendly cricket match with the students of class IX today at 3:00 pm under the guidance of our sports teacher. The match will be held on our school playground. I along with the captain of class IX, have met our sports teacher who has assured of all help and guidance.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant our application and permit us to play the match and oblige thereby.
