Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that our locality has been affected by devastating flood which is under water for 7 days and it's likely to continue for some more days.
A large number of people have been affected in the flood. Some of them have lost their houses and have taken shelter on roads. They have no food to eat. They are suffering from want of cloth and pure drinking water. Moreover, diseases like diarrhoea, dysentery, fever, and cough have broken out. The children and the old are the worst sufferers.
Under these circumstances, we request you to supply food, cloth, drinking water, medicine etc for the affected people.
