Answer : Present civilization is blessed with different types of social networks. Facebook is one of them. It is a part and parcel of civilized societies. One can express one's views of mind and sees that of others using this site shortly. US citizen, Zukerburg along with his some friends established this much appreciated social media while they were studying at Harvard University. It is a matter of joy that one of them was Bangladeshi origin. They built this network to continue communication among themselves firstly for their study purposes. In every moment, people can share and see something new from this blessing of technology. So the teenagers look on the site for the next new one. In this way, they use it for good purposes like studies, sharing positive news of successful persons, sharing any news of opportunities for the citizen, controlling crimes, good governance etc. Like other things, Facebook has some negative sides as its features always attract the people largely. So people become addicted ignoring the valuable work. Very easily it can break the privacy that is very important for human society. In spite of some such drawbacks, Facebook is the blessing of technology and we should use the blessing of Facebook. Then we will be benefited by using it.

বলগানুবাদ : বর্তমান সভ্যতা বিভিন্ন রকম সামাজিক যােগাযােগ মাধ্যম দ্বারা সমুদ্ধ। ফেসবুক তাদের মধ্যে অন্যতম। এটি সভ্য সমাজের একটি আবচ্ছেদ্য অংশ। এই মাধ্যম ব্যবহার করে যে কেউ সহজেই তার মনের অনুভূতি প্রকাশ করতে পারে। মার্কিন নাগরিক জকারবাগ তার কিছু বন্ধুদের সাথে নিয়ে যখন তারা হাভার্ড বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পড়ছিল তখন ব্যাপক প্রশ্থসিত এই সামাজিক মাধ্যমটি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন। এটি একটি আনন্দের ব্যাপার যে তাদের মধ্যে একজন ছিল বাংলাদেশি বংশদ্ত। তারা এই নেটওয়ার্কটি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেছিল প্রথমে কেবল পড়াশুনার উদ্দেশ্যে নিজেদের মধ্যে যােগাযোেগ করার জন্য। প্রতি মুহর্তে মানুষ প্রযুক্তির এই আশীর্বাদ থেকে নতুন কিছু দেখতে পারে। তাই তবুণরা পরবর্তী নতুন কিছু দেখার জন্য এই সাইটের উপর নজর রাখে। এইভাবে তারা পড়াশুনা, সফল ব্যক্তিদের ইতিবাচক খবর শেয়ার করা, নাগারিকদের জন্য সুবিধাজনক যে কোনা খবর শেয়ার করা, অপরাধ নিয়ন্ত্রণ, সুশাসন ইত্যাদির মতাে ভালাে উদ্দেশ্যে এটি ব্যবহার করে। ফেসবুকের কিছু নেতিবাচক দিকও রয়েছে যেহেতু এটির বৈশিষ্ট্যসমূহ মানুষকে ব্যাপকভাবে আকৃষ্ট করে। তাই মানুষ মুল্যবান কাজ ফেলে রেখে এটির প্রতি আসক্ত হয়ে পড়ে। খুব সহজেই এটি গােপনীয়তা ভজ্গ করতে পারে যা মানব সমাজের জন্য খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। কিছু অসুবিধা থাকা সত্ত্বেও, ফেসবুক প্রযুক্তির আশীর্বাদ এবং আমাদের উচিত ফেসবুকের ভালাে দিক ব্যবহার করা। তখনই আমরা তার ব্যবহার দ্বারা উপকৃত হব।
