Answer : Once a school boy was returning home after school. Suddenly, from far he noticed a glittering thing on the other side of the road. He became curious and went closer to see it. Surprisingly, he found that a gold ring was lying on the pavement of the road. He was quite at a loss. He become confused whether he should pick the ring or not. After thinking for some time, he decided to pick it lest it should fall on the hand of a dishonest person. After that, he informed it the headmaster of his school and submitted the ring to him. The headmaster submitted it in the nearby police station. After some day, the police became able to find out the owner of the gold ring. The owner became very eager to know about the boy who returned it there. Then he went to the school and talked to the headmaster. After that, he gave the boy a good reward.

বঙ্গানুবাদ : একদিন এক বালক স্কুল থেকে বাড়ী যাচ্ছিল। হঠাৎ করে, দূর থেকে একটি জ্বলজবলে বস্তু তার চোখে পড়ল। আগ্রহী হয়ে বস্তুটি দেখার জন্য সে এটার কাছে গেল। বিস্ময়ের সাথে সে লক্ষে করল রাস্তার পাশে একটি সােনার আংটি পড়ে আছে। সে হতবুদ্ধি হয়ে পড়ল। আংটিটি সে উঠাবে কিনা তা নিয়ে দ্বিধায় পড়ে গেল। কিছুক্ষন ভেবে সে এটি উঠানাের সিদ্ধান্ত নিল, যাতে এটি কোন অসৎ লােকের হাতে না পড়তে পারে। তারপর সে এই ঘটনা তার স্কুলের প্রধান শিক্ষককে জানালাে এবং আংটিটি প্রধান শিক্ষকের নিকট জমা দিল। প্রধান শিক্ষক আংটি টি নিকটস্থ থানায় জমা দিলেন। কয়েকদিন পর পুলিশ আথটিটির মালিক যে বালকটি এটি তাদের কাছে দিয়েছিল তার সম্পর্কে জানতে আগ্রহ হলাে। তখন সে স্কুলে যেয়ে প্রধান শিক্ষকের সাথে যােগাযােগ করলাে। তারপর বালকটিকে সততার জন্য তাকে আকর্ষণীয় পুরষার দিল।
