(খ) একজন ভাল নাগরিক হওয়ার জন্য কী প্রয়োজন?

(ঘ) কোন ধরণের গুণাবলী তাদের অন্যান্য নাগরিকদের থেকে পৃথক করে? / কোন ধরণের গুণাবলীর সাথে তারা বহন করে?
(ঙ) আমাদের কী হওয়া দরকার?
Good Citizens.
Answer : The persons who have legal rights to belong to a particular country are the citizens of that country. The person who possess the qualities of a good characteristics can be called a good citizen. Good citizens are the assets of a country. To be a good citizen, a man must have some good and special qualities. Good citizens must have the knowledge about their country, constitution, people, judicial system, government, history, cultures and traditions and apply their knowledge to do good things. Their behavior and attitude are good towards others. They are good in character. One of the most positive qualities of these people is tolerance towards others. Good citizens perform their responsibilities sincerely and properly. Truthfulness, integrity honesty and sincerity are their distinctive qualities. They respect other people's opinions and views. They live in society with calm and peace. They never do anything which is harmful or disturbing to other people of the society. They are conscious and responsible members of the family as well as society. They can distinguish between right and wrong. They never violate the laws of the country. Even they are ready to shed the last drop of the blood for the sake of country. They cast their votes consciously to elect their representatives. They remain loyal to the country that given them all that it has to enjoy and grow. They do not act in any way that brings any sort of dishonor to the country. They are respected by all in the society. Our responsibilities as good citizens are doing good for the country and the society. We have to end corruption and discrimination. Then we can claim ourselves as good citizens. So, we all should try to be a good citizen.

বঙ্গানুবাদ : একটা দেশে থাকার বৈধ অধিকার সম্পন্ন ব্যক্তিদেরকেই ঐ দেশের নাগরিক বলা হয়। সচ্চরিত্রের গুণাবলিগুলো যিনি ধারণ করেন তাকে সুনাগরিক বলা হয়। সুনাগরিকরা একটি দেশের সম্পদ। সুনাগরিক, হতে হলে, একজন মানুষের কিছু ভালাে এবং বিশেষ গুণ থাকতে হবে। সুনাগরিকদের অবশ্যই দেশ, সংবিধান, জনগণ, বিচার ব্যবস্থা, সরকার, ইতিহাস, সংস্কৃতি ও ঐতিহ্য সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে। এবং ভালাে কাজে তাদের জ্ঞানকে ব্যবহার করতে হবে। অন্যদের প্রতি তাদের আচরণ ও মনােভাব সুন্দর। তারা সঙ্চরিত্রের অধিকারী। এই সকল মানুষদের সবচাইতে ইতিবাচক একটা গুণ হলাে অন্যদের প্রতি সহিষ্ণুতা। সুনাগরিকেরা আন্তরিক ও সুচারুভাবে তাদের দায়িত্ব পালন করে। তাদের স্বতন্ত্র বৈশিষ্ট্যগুলাে হলাে সত্যবাদিতা, ন্যায়পরায়ণতা, সততা এবং আন্তরিকতা। তারা অন্যদের মতামত একং ধারণাকে শ্রদ্ধা করে। তারা সমাজে শাত্তি ও সম্প্রীতি বজায় রেখে বসবাস করে। তারা এমন কিছু করে না যা সমাজের অন্য মানুষদের জন্য বিরক্তি ও ক্ষতিকর। তারা সমাজ এবং পরিবারের সচেতন ও দায়িত্বশীল সদস্য। তারা ভালাে এবং মন্দের মধ্যে পার্থক্য বিচার করতে পারে। তারা কখনােই দেশের আইন কানুন অমান্য করে না। এমনকি তারা দেশের প্রয়ােজনে রক্ত দিতেও প্রস্তুত থাকে। প্রতিনিধি নির্বাচন করতে তারা খুব সচেতনভাবে তাদের ভােটাধিকার প্রয়ােগ করে। তারা দেশের প্রতি অনুগত থাকে যেটি তাকে বেড়ে উঠা ও উপভােগ করার জন্য তার যা আছে সবই দিয়েছে। দেশের জন্য অসম্মান বয়ে আনে এমন কোনাে কাজ তারা করে না। সমাজের সবাই তাদেরকে সম্মান করে। সুনাগরিক হিসাবে আমাদের দায়িত্ব হলাে সমাজ এবং দেশের জন্য ভালাে কিছু করা। আমাদেরকে দুর্নীতি এবং বৈষম্যের পরিসমাপ্তি ঘটাতে হবে। কেবল তারপরেই আমরা নিজেদেরকে সুনাগরিক বলে দাবি করতে পারি। তাই আমাদের সবার উচিত সুনাগরিক হতে চেষ্টা করা।
