Your School Library.
Answer : A library is a storehouse of knowledge. It plays an important role in the realm of knowledge. It is a part and parcel of a school. The importance of a school library is immense. The school library is meant for students and teachers who can use the library to enrich their knowledge. No school is complete without a library. Our school has a big library. It is housed in a separate two storyed building. The library has a good collection of-books. There are books of science, history, literature, international journals in many languages available. The books are arranged in different shelves according to subjects. There is a big and well furnished reading room. We are issued library cards. We can borrow books from the library. We are to return the borrowed books after two weeks. It fulfills the need for the students. Poor students who cannot afford to buy their books can receive or borrow them from the library. Every student should come to the library to satisfy their thirst for knowledge. In the reading room we can read as many books as we like. At the same time our library is a digital one. Here we have many computers which are connected to international -schools and colleges. We use online books of those libraries. But to study in the library we must keep silence. Nobody is allowed to make noise. We are proud of our school library. It remains open from 10 am to 6 pm on every working day.

বঙ্গানুবাদ : পাঠাগার হলাে জ্ঞানের ভান্ডার। এটি জ্ঞানের জগতে এক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে। এটি বিদ্যালয়ের অবিচ্ছেদ্য অংশ। স্কুল পাঠাগারের গুরুত্ব অনেক। স্কুল পাঠাগার সেই সকল ছাত্রছাত্রী ও শিক্ষক শিক্ষিকাদের নিমিত্তে যারা তাদের জ্ঞানকে সমৃদ্ধ করতে পাঠাগারকে ব্যবহার করতে পারে। পাঠাগার ছাড়া কোনাে বিদ্যালয় সম্পূর্ণ নয়। আমাদের স্কুলের একটা বৃহৎ পাঠাগার রয়েছে। এটি পৃথক একটি দ্বিতল ভবনে স্থাপিত। পাঠাগারটিতে পুস্তকের একটা সমৃদ্ধ সংগ্রহ রয়েছে। এখানে বিজ্ঞান, ইতিহাস, সাহিত্য, আন্তর্জাতিক সাময়িকীর উপর বহু ভাষায় বহু বইপুস্তক রয়েছে। বইগুলাে বিভিন্ন তাকে বিষয়ানুসারে সাজানাে আছে। একটি বড় ও সুসজ্জিত পড়ার ঘর রয়েছে। আমাদেরকে লাইব্রেরী কার্ড দেওয়া হয়। আমরা পাঠাগার থেকে বই পুস্তক ধার নিতে পারি। ধারকৃত বই আমাদেরকে দুই সপ্তাহ পর ফিরিয়ে দিতে হয়। এটি ছাত্রছাত্রীদের চাহিদা পুরণ করে। যেসব দরিদ্র ছাত্রছাত্রীরা বই কিনতে পারে না তারা পাঠাগার থেকে সেগুলাে ধার নিতে পারে। তাদের জ্ঞানের পিপাসা মেটাতে প্রতিটি ছাত্রছাত্রীর পাঠাগারে আসা উচিৎ। পড়ার কক্ষে আমরা যত খুশী বই পড়তে পারি। একই সাথে আমাদের পাঠাগার আধুনিক সুযােগ সুবিধা সমৃদ্ধ। এখানে বেশ কিছু কম্পিউটার রয়েছে যেগুলাে আন্তর্জাতিক স্কুল ও কলেজের সাথে সম্পৃক্ত রয়েছে। আমরা ঐ সকল পাঠাগারের অনলাইন পুস্তকসমূহ ব্যবহার করি। কিন্তু পাঠাগারে পড়াশুনা করার জন্য আমাদেরকে অবশ্যই নীরবতা পালন করতে হয়। কাউকে গােলামাল করতে দেওয়া হয় না। আমরা আমাদের বিদ্যালয়ের পাঠাগারকে নিয়ে গর্বিত। এটি প্রত্যেক কর্ম দিবসে সকাল ১০টা থেকে সম্ধ্যা ৬টা পর্যন্ত খােলা থাকে।
