A Street Hawker.
Answer : A street hawker is a person who travels from one place to another to sell his wares. He is a familiar face in town and village. Usually he lives a very ordinary life. She usually lives in a slum with her family members. He makes a living by selling various things. He wanders the streets. She carries luggage on her head. Sometimes he also took his belongings in his hand. We usually see him on the street, at the train station and at the bus station. Occasionally he comes to the front of the house. He is usually seen in the morning. Occasionally he sells newspapers. Occasionally he sells toys, fruits, clothes and vegetables, various food items etc. Its main buyers are children and women. She knows exactly how to attract buyers. He speaks in different ways to attract buyers. It also has a special language to attract the attention of the people. As he walks down the street he makes a kind of weird scream to attract the attention of shoppers. Occasionally he sings or plays the flute. She usually chooses a time when the head of the family is not at home and women are free from their household chores. Then he hopes to bargain. His life is full of hardships. He lives a life of grief. He eats day after day. She works hard but she can't get out of her poor condition. He is actually neglected in society. We should have respect for his hard work.

বঙ্গানুবাদ : রাস্তার ফেরিওয়ালা হলাে এমন একজন ব্যক্তি যে তার মালপত্র বিক্রয় করার জন্য একম্থান থেকে অন্য স্থানে বিচরণ করে। সে শহর ও গ্রামে পরিচিত মুখ। সাধারণত সে অতি সাধারণ জীবন যাপন করে। সে সাধারণত তার পরিবারের সদস্যদের নিয়ে বস্তিতে বাস করে। সে বিভিন্ন জিনিসপত্র বিক্রয় করে তার জীবিকা নির্বাহ করে। সে রাস্তায় রাস্তায় ঘুরে বেড়ায়। সে মাথায় মালপত্র বহন করে। মাঝে মধ্যে সে হাতেও তার মালপত্র নেয়। আমরা সাধারণত তাকে রাস্তায়, রেলস্টেশন ও বাসস্টেশনে দেখতে পাই। মাঝেমধ্যে সে বাড়ির সামনে আসে। তাকে সাধারণত সকালে দেখতে পাওয়া যায়। মাঝে মধ্যে সে সংবাদপত্র বিক্রুয় করে। মাঝে মধ্যে সে খেলনা, ফলমূল, কাপড় চোপড় ও শাকসবজি, বিভিন্ন খাদ্য সামগ্রী ইত্যাদিও বিক্রয় করে। তার প্রধান ক্রেতা হলাে শিশুরা ও মহিলাগণ। কীভাবে ক্রেতাদের আকৃষ্ট করতে হয় সে তা ভালােভাবে জানে। ক্রেতাদের আকৃষ্ট করার জন্য সে বিভিন্ন উপায়ে কথা বলে। জনগণের মনযােগ আকৃষ্ট করতে তার বিশেষ ভাষাও রয়েছে। যখন সে রাস্তা দিয়ে হেঁটে যায় তখন ক্রেতাদের মনযােগ আকৃষ্ট করতে এক ধরণের অদ্ভূত চিতকার করে। মাঝে মধ্যে সে গান গায় অথবা বাঁশি বাজায়। সে সাধারণত এমন একটা সময় বেছে নেয় যখন পরিবারের কর্তা গৃহে থাকে না এবং মহিলারা তাদের গৃহস্থালী কাজকর্ম থেকে মুক্ত থাকে। তখন তার দরকষাকষি করার আশা থাকে। তার জীবনযাত্রা অসচ্ছলতায় পরিপূর্ণ। সে কায়ক্লেষ্টে জীবন যাপন করে। সে দিন এনে দিন খায়। সে কঠোর পরিশ্রম করে কিন্তু সে তার দরিদ্র অবস্থা থেকে মুক্তি পেতে পারে না। সে প্রকৃতপক্ষে সমাজে অবহেলিত। তার কঠোর শ্রমের জন্য আমাদের শ্রদ্ধা থাকা উচিৎ।
